I am Adrian P. Mendoza, an Information Technology graduate. I had 4 years experience working on a BPO environment. Over the past 3 years, I've worked as a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative. During my first year, I've been a computer virus removal technician for 1 year and 2 months under Norton Anti-Virus (US based account). Transitioned to Level 2 technical support of Amazon.com for 1 year and 6 months, mainly supported Amazon Kindle devices, Echo speakers, walk-thru customers in placing a digital, physical order. I worked as a back office representative at Telus International Philippines, I am processing service orders of Fibre Internet requested by large business in Canada (Alberta and British Columbia). I am the one who set an appointment with clients and technician via 3-way call to validate the service order as well. After validating the order, we send email confirmation, process the billing before wrapping up the order. I am self-motivated individual, love challenges, eagerness and willingness to learn. Ability to balance workloads efficiently and able to work in a constantly changing environment. Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
