I have been working as a customer service since I was 18. I’ve worked for so many american companies and different lines of business. I can do both technical and customer service at the same time. I am very expert when it comes to multi tasking since I am trained for that. I worked to exceed the level of customer satisfaction and provide them great customer experience! I just recently resigned from being an IT helpdesk. It’s more technical - research - hardcore troubleshooting. I am currently 24/7 at home so definitely I’d be available anytime. I have my own computer with a good internet connection support.
