I am a goal-oriented professional with proven experience in all aspects of Customer Service and in Human Resources Management, both local and multinational industries.

I have worked with a client in a New York-based Startup company that is developing a system platform for the real estate industry which I have successfully recruited Web Developers both Back-end and Front-end, including Project Manager and continuous pooling for suitable candidates. 

I am also currently working as a Full-time HR Generalist in a Real State firm based in New York that offers renovation for commercial and residential properties. I am in charge of the general functions of Human Resources Management from the end-to-end Recruitment, time-keeping, and taking the lead in developing company policies and guidelines, including the development of Disciplinary Actions. 

In addition to this, I have also been working as a Customer Service Representative for more than two years in an offshore setting through the BPO industry, which greatly helps me with my conversational skills, particularly when dealing with multinational clients. I am currently advancing my career in the organizational setting, honing my people skills and abilities in pursuit of a better organization.
