Over the last 2 years working in a Call center industry. I have gained huge experiences doing Cold calling,Setting quality appointments and Call transfers. I am a very flexible person and I have handled several campaigns such as Merchant accounts,SEO/SEM sales opener. I also have a brief experience as a Customer Service Representative for a prepaid company.Recently I was hired to be a Script/Prescription agent for a Pharmaceutical company. I have experience working as a Photo/Video Content Moderator as well. I have decided to join Guru to broaden my horizon and to further do what I do best.
