I have a BBA in Human Resource Management and Finance and Banking but I have worked mainly in Customer Service and Administration for over 10 years and consider myself an expert in resolving basic and complex problems that customers have, within the parameters of what the company I work for will allow. I am also an expert at customer retention especially when dealing with irate customers. The key though is to go above and beyond for your customer which allows me 99.9% of the time to retain their business. I previously worked at Accent Marketing which is a company based in Jeffersonville, Indiana and had a location in Jamaica where I currently reside.
