I am a young, creative, reliable, optimistic, upbeat, extroverted and hardworking individual. I cherish customer service and believe it is apart of the backbone of every business. Whether I am able to rectify the issue or not, I always strive to exceed all customers' expectations. I have been hired by 3 different call centers and providing customers with optimum service was my main task.
