TELEPERFORMANCE I have worked in any another call center which Teleperformance is where I basically got all my experience working in a call center I worked as an agent for about 5 months then I got promoted to supervisor for about a year. There I develop many skills while I was an agent I learned many skills from tone of voice, type of words you can use with customer etc. I mainly worked in two areas which were tech support and sales I the campaign was from a cable company call Comcast I learn many ways to make a sell I out did myself since for the 5 months as an agent I got into the 5 to sellers with a TSR of 8%. Once I got promoted to supervisor I learned other skills from the best way to give a feedback training and also leadership to learn that you have to treat or attack people from the best way possible so that they can give you there best with their metrics. I have love being a supervisor and not only because of the job but because I made my team be like a family where everybody worked together and helped each other get to top I had 3 of 10 top sellers I a campaign of about 400 people and my team was in the top 3 for about 8 at one point during those 8 months my 20 agents were in the top 30 of the campaign. I think the call center business is one of the best jobs since there is always so much variety or many things to be done or problems to focus on. SHYIAN CONTACT CENTER Like an ongoing project I have my own business as well for the last months I have been working in making a contact center in Mexico trying to attract small to medium business or companies that need the service of phone or chat services. I have the tools to start working right away in the campaign I have been managing this from the payroll process to the IT service making and setting up computers with all the default programs needed to start. I learn how to manage an account or campaign as well as learn how to sell the service to have more customers.
