I have more the 7 years on BPO experience. I have worked my way up in this industry and I have work on all the areas from customer service, to collections to retentions, I’ve been in agents and managements roles I have also worked as an executive virtual assistant and my objective is providing outstanding results to my clients by not only meeting the expectations but excel in all task assign to me or my team. I feel confidence on saying all this because we use proven continuous improvement methodologies to assure the success of all our projects along with high standards of work ethic and commitment to deadlines.
