I was able to raise the customer satisfaction rating of the campaign through the projects that I have implemented. I have implemented a project which earned me a Lean Six Sigma Certification. Customer Service- I have a solid 13 years background in Customer Service in a BPO setting. I have handled different campaigns like telco, restaurant chain, international hotel chain and electronics and gadget store and a membership success support for a learning and development company. Technical Support- I have handled technical support for a restaurant chain. Data Entry: I can do internet research and provide information requested by the client and ensure that it's accurate. Reporting: I can do reports using Excel Ecommerce- I have watched tutorials on how to be n Ebay VA. I know how to respond to messages, handling cases like returns and refunds, process orders and handle item not received cases. I am also familiar with listing tools like Yaballe, DSM tool, Hydra Lister and listing manually. I am familiar with Zik Analytics to search for profitable items.
