I offer assistance to the organization by addressing all customer queries, complaints and suggestions. These are some of the skills I possess and have acquired through years of experience in customer service:

  1. Effective Communication; this includes positively interacting with customers using clear and concise language, addressing their queries and/or complaints thoroughly and leaving a great impression on the customer of the organization.
  2. Technical Knowledge; this entails having the appropriate knowledge on how to troubleshoot customer issues and complaints, and being able to guide customers in making informed decisions.
  3. Adaptability and Tenacity; this includes remaining persistent and patient during difficult situations and being able to adequately adapt to any situation or customer.
  4. Positive Attitude; even when handling frustrated or irate customers, I retain a positive attitude with the zeal to address their concerns and help solve them.
  5. Problem Solving; through my years of experience I have gained the skill of figuring out the root cause of a customer related problem, solving it effectively and preventing such a problem for future customers.
