i have more than 4 years experience in service industry, i strongly believe that i can do any work related to customer service. I have worked for Singtel (singapore Telco) for 2years as technical customer service officer, my role will be to sort out users technical issue in their machines (laptop/Desktop) for internet connection. troubleshooting will be the main action need to be done. Im am a multitasking person, i can handle more than 1 action in same time. Currently im working as Service Request Analyzer and my job scope to fulfill the request raise by users regarding access issue to their system. Im pretty good with Microsoft and Im a computer savvy. I able to manage my Time according to my work load. I am fast learner, it will be easy for me to catch up the Knowledge of the Product.
