During my last job,My core duty was to handle technical issues of our customers.These issues were Email related issues, software issues and hardware issues. I was responsible for email hosting for our customers and creating/deleting/maintaining email accounts for our clients as well as for employees. I used to provide training to employees and customers how they can access and set-up their email accounts on different devices. I also used to provide training to Ecommerce clients how they can login to CMS(Content Management System) and can add, delete and update products on their websites. I was responsible to install, delete and update required softwares on laptops, computers and other devices. For example, some of our clients had Version phones so updates are not available over the air. I used to update using Odin software. I migrated operating systems from Windows 7/8 to Windows 10 Operating Systems whenever required.
