For over 3 years, I'd worked with BPO providing excellent Customer Service. I'm skilled and trained to effectively communicate with people at all levels of professionalism thru Phone, Livechat, or Email. I'd been a Universal Sales Rep for a Telecommunications company in the US handling Phone, Livechats and processing online orders . I'm skilled in throwing high quality pitches for what the customer's need not just for what they what. Handling two LiveChats, addressing customer's queries and processing orders at the same time. I also make sure that customer will leave with satisfaction by getting a Top Box rating for every interaction with them. I'd also been a Retention Specialist with a Telecommunication Company in Ireland - Virgin Media. My duty is to address minor Billing issues and complex complaints of customers to avoid cancellation of any accounts. My most recent job is with a B2B account. Handling a marketing company in the US called FiveStars and I'm trained to do Warm and Cold call to arrange appointments with Business owner or Decision maker. Organize and Nurture leads to get a high percentage of conversion and send data reports every day to keep all files up to date. As an employee, I'm very Reliable, Hardworking, Passionate, Dedicated, Fast Learner, Persistent, Independent and has a great Multi-tasking skills. I'm willing to acquire new ideas to be more effective for this role, I can give my fullest time to perform all the task and meet all deadlines.
