 ✔Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 

✔Assist with processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. 

✔Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

 ✔Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. 

✔Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
