Hi my name is Mafel Huang, I am 29 years old and I am a high school graduate. I am also a

very dedicated and hardworking mother of 4. I am a very outgoing person  who loves

nature, travel, food, music and a very people person. A passionate one specially with

My 1st ever job was being a customer service representative under a Telco account

for almost 2 years and a Tier 3 rank ,where I handle most of the transactions and

escalations in which some agents are not able to assists. Then I decided to apply for

another job and landed I'm another BPO company which I work as a Travel Service

Reservation Agent for 2 years. Handled most of the transactions from hotel

Accommodation, car rental and flight inquiry. I also worked as a virtual assistant in a Health

 insurance as part time and full time. My skills and expertise are multitasking,

Good communication skills, customer service, managing task in a very professional way,

Patience, flexibility, time management, being adaptive to changes and process and

can work under pressure without a doubt.
