Currently, I am immersed in the shipping industry being the Operations Analyst of a Logistics/Haulier Company based in Singapore. I worked with IBM previously as a Customer Service Representative and climbed my way to become a Subject Matter Expect before leaving for Singapore. I started my contact center experience as a Technical Support Representative wayback 2015 at Teletech Contact Center. My other work experiences was on a publishing firm as a Senior Editorial Assistant, in a government World Bank-funded agency as an Information Education and Communication Specialist and to a Canadian- funded agency as a Communication Specialist.
