I've been working in the BPO Industry for 10 years and I have attained good qualities to stay on top and became a Team Leader after 4 years in the industry. I'm currently handling 15 agents. And I make sure that I scheduled them on a weekly performance coaching for continues improvement. When I was an agent, I can be incredibly organized. I can juggle multiple tasks at once (i.e., checking the knowledge base, updating the CRM and taking notes in your helpdesk), all while attending to the customer’s needs. I have good listening skills, multi-tasking ability, excellent problem-solving capabilities. I'm also good with basic programs (Windows, Excel, Word, etc.).
