I have been a Customer Service Representative for 18 months. I can say that with all the knowledge and skills that I’ve gained in my previous companies with the help of that I can provide excellent service. I've learned the culture and on how to deal with different clients. And the traits that I have is I am easy to learn I can adopt changes I can do multitasking.
