To give you an overview of my job experiences, I had been with customer service industry for more than 2 years. I was a Customer Service Representative (Phone Support) for a year, a Quality Analyst for almost year (same account and company), I was a Non-voice Technical Support (chat and email support) for 3 months which made me more qualified for the position offered for being a Non-voice support requires us to handle 5 chats simultaneously and process tickets (email response) at the same time, that shows my multi-tasking skill then as well as how my focus works in performing tasks well.
