I was customer service for Travel and Healthcare industries for 5 years. My responsibilities for travel account are to Cancel and change flights, change the name, add and remove passenger and payment issues. For healthcare account, my responsibilities are to inform them about their benefits, receive calls from doctors regarding claims, and check authorizations.
