Currently working with several companies acting as their external sales force on a long term basis (several years).Largest project to date: 120 hours per month arranging demonstrations/service and follow up appointments for 7 UK wide respresentatives. Managing the entire database from past customers, lapsed customers, cold and warm leads as well as co-ordinating 7 diaries. My consultative style of telemarketing enables me to quickly build rapport with prospects and maximise convert potential. My methods and processes are continually prasied by clients who find my high level of reporting and feedback gives them a greater understanding of the campaign impact and complete confidence in my work.
