 I have the quickness to adapt with work changes and I'm very confident.I've had in 1999 to 2001 at Washington Union high School in the office I had answered phones took messages transferred to appropriate directory  directory phone calls ran errands filed paperwork faxed experienced also with experience in with a lot variety multitask fast pace and fast learner with office duties as needed I quickly applied and obtained and successfully accomplished many useful skills as I do qualify for your requirements for this position, in professional manner in person and by phone assistant customers with upgrades concerns new services problems questions all services available with with their accounts as they had came in for what they wanted money handling credit card terminals refunds receipts invoices knowledge applied daily I worked with system tools programs computer programs made sure I gave them excellent customer service as a very satisfied customer with the best memory of their visit or their phone call.My daily work environment setup for my day of work,i gather all materials or everything for the day's work organized things into groups that have details the same and go in order of what's the most priority or the most important to what's really not and make it my goal to get it all done.My worst work experience that i overcame successfully, working with someone that had to have things her way and her way only and a lot of time wasting on the care for our customers so I just smiled talked to her learned all that she wanted with everything and agreed and worked with her ways to get back on taking care of our customers.not currently employed have all the time to dedicate to work to the fullest.Iwill listen to the customer all what they have to say and I'm very quick responding to different solutions and situations with all experience I have accumulated I would use my search tools and my own personal techniques I have gained and with the one thing knowing I have to do is to make my customer satisfied happy and being the outcome of it all smiling and very very satisfied.My best qualities.good listener.building strong relationships with clients or customers.friendly comfort attitude or voice.In a very professional calm attitude apologize and explain the truth what exactly I'm doing and what's for the weight reassuring them that it's for their own best on and I'm making sure that she's receiving and I come up with the best services for here.yes I am a people person.I would wait until they're done speaking apologize and get them calm and reassure the options that's best for them offering any discounts or promotions if available and to gain back their trust and making them come back to being a satisfied customer of ours.I'm open for any method of communication.Having the opportunity to help with so many support services and that's what I live by passionate to help customers or clients of any type of services to customers.
