I have served in various industries and performed various tasks including: • Customer Retention: I helped in preventing customers from defecting to alternative companies. This was through complaint resolution or general problem solving. • Order Entry and Processing: I helped customers with the picking, processing and delivery of the items they found online, TV or in a catalog. • Email Response Management: Received and responded to emails from customers with questions about our services or product. Also, I handled Help Desk Tickets and Customer Resolution emails. • Billing Inquiries: answered any billing questions a client had and helped to find resolutions to any issues discovered. • Customer Surveys: I obtained customer feedback after a sale is completed and identified their level of satisfaction with an existing product or service. • Reservation Services: I accepted calls from customer who wanted to make reservations for a hotel, restaurant, adventure tour or conference. • Bilingual Services: I assisted customers who spoke Spanish only with any issues or questions they had with either our service or product.
