I have several years experience in customer service, including face-to-face, over the telephone, and via email. My phone experience with customers has been mostly in the area of problem solving either for issues which the customer has had for some time, or new issues which they have just encountered. I also have experience calling prospective customers and answering questions they have, along with research and fact finding to get information for them. I enjoy helping customers because I know what it's like to be one.
