Having worked in a call center for a number of years has enabled me to gain knowledge and experience within the customer services department. I provide excellent customer care and support at all times over the phone or via chat and email. I am currently the top case closer on Salesforce within the company I work for, closing over 300 emails a day as well as taking between 70-80 calls a day. I have managed a number of accounts for customers, creating exception reports and assisting them with their queries, arranging collections and deliveries, ensuring their satisfaction at all times.
