I used to manage 10+ help desk staff for Freezone and we used to reply 300+ emails (tickets) and take 70+ chats on daily basis. I personally take care of 10 to 15 Live chat daily with multiple tickets answering. Our main task was to help customer upload their websites or setting up email addresses. We used the Software called https://www.kayako.com/ which is very similar to ZenDesk.
