Operational and Financial tasks •Prepaid adjustments/Port Out/ Sale Return •Conversion of Package plan •Network Issues •Financial transactions of prepaid and postpaid adjustments alongwith maintenance of BAF •Handling complaints through emails •Transfer of ownerships for postpaid customers nationwide •Correspondence with Credit and Collection Department South •Nationwide Correspondence with Club/Corporate Account Managers, QA teams,CC Standarization, IT Prepaid Billing Team,Finance and CC centres •Maintain different Logs of activities for monitoring the (Citi Wise, MSISDN prefix Wise & MSISDN prefix IN wise) Data •Inter departmental coordination with (Operations, IN Engineering, Feedback Tec, Analysis, Call Center, IRU (Investigation and Resolution Unit) on NCU related Matters .
