My first Customer Service experience online was with an e-commerce business that offers photography services. I answer customer inquiries on both emails and their social media accounts such as Facebook.
Then I worked as a Customer Service Representative for an e-commerce company that handles dropshipping. I was using HubSpot for communication and have managed tasks through Trello & Asana.
Shopify Customer Service Representative for two e-commerce accounts was my most recent experience. I handled emails through Gorgias & Zoho Desk.
