I have experience on sales, business development and customer service. It makes me to be a person who meet customer and also handle any reaction, beside getting sales from them too. When they are disappointed, I should make them calm down and talk slowly. At least I need to make them relax again. Slowly but surely, so they will be open and tell everything.
