Previously I have worked as a customer care representative at Flashcom call centre for one year and as a sales representative in Barclays for six months and as a call centre agent at ICT Consultant ltd. Currently working as a customer care officer at Real People, where I have developed my professional skills. Though I have greatly enjoyed this role, I am looking for a new challenge that will provide me with the opportunity to further develop my career.
