My name is Gonway. There are two things I pride myself of: my ability to adapt and, my ability to work with people. When I say I enjoy working and interacting with people, I truly mean it. Whether it is solving a complex issue or, understanding why a customer is frustrated, I look forward to it all. My experience in the customer service field spans several industries including: manufacturing, property management, life insurance, and education. I also spent a small bit of time in sales. My duties included: order entry, order tracking, RMA generation, invoice management, and payment processing. I would also update customer data and, create customer accounts as well. I was expected to be knowledgeable of the product/service catalog and, be ready to answer questions whenever they arose. If interested, I would love to have a conversation about the expectations and vision of the organization. I am not only looking to work for an organization but also, to make an impact as well.
