I am currently working homeased as a Tech Screener for America All Tech. We connect calls/leads to the Sales team. I was also peviously a Team Leader for a data center here in the Philippines working with a US based Real Estate Company (HomeQwik/HQVU). I was with the Tenant Screening department and handling 7 Property Managements. We screen applications that are interested to rent on our client’s rental property. We communicate with applicants, landlords and employers for the completion of the documents for the application. We send daily reports to our clients for updates on pending applications. I also handled Admin Tasks like Billing Tasks and also has enough knowledge handling Maintenance tasks. We used AppFolio, Propertyware and Rent Manager for our systems. I am more than average when it comes to google docs and microsoft office. With this, I guarantee that I have the required skill set for the job. I know how to manage people, time and tasks. I work with less supervision and dedicate myself for the completion of the designated task. I always aim to be more than your average employee and excel up to the top. With more than 2 years of working with a BPO industry, I have enough knowledge of providing the best customer service for our customers and clients.
