I have been in the Customer Service industry for almost 9 years now and with that, I pride myself on providing productive and meaningful client-customer interactions at all times. I have worked with some of the most successful BPO or Business Process Outsourcing companies here in the Philippines to date. My career started at Tech Mahindra, formerly vCustomer Philippines. Then I moved to TeleTech Philippines and then lastly, My most extensive customer service experience was honed working with Convergys Philippines Inc., one that still asserts to be one of the major BPO companies here in the Philippines. And it was there where I specialized with healthcare and financial accounts after I worked with two US-based companies. Firstly, I was a senior specialist for Liberty Medical Supplies Inc., a company offering diabetic supplies to patients across United States. My main role was focused on placing patient’s orders, verifying insurance coverage and prescription refills and keeping their satisfaction by ensuring their supplies are delivered to them as expected and agreed on. In addition, the account partly required minimal sales skills in up-selling additional supplies that the patient may need. Secondly, I became a senior financial associate for their CITI Bank account. Being in the Credit Card department, my role was assisting clients over the phone in processing their payments, making sure that payment will be processed on time, and helping them as well in verifying card activities, fraud, disputing and verifying transactions, updating their account information in our data base and securing their card in the event they lost it or someone stole it. As tasks of a specialist not only require fine soft skills, I was able to also develop data entry expertise along the way. In the accounts that I worked for, I became a front-liner in processes such as manually inputting client data into the system, managing and navigating in-house applications, responding and creating business emails, coordinating with other departments and as well as order entry. On top of these, through my years of experience, I was able to have a full grasp and command of above standard call handling skills including properly obtaining and verifying caller info based on set guidelines, providing appropriate responses to inquiries, manning and controlling the call professionally and timely and ensuring that the best resolution is provided at all times. With almost a decade of practice, I am fully and objectively confident that I can go beyond your needs and expectations on getting the job done. In adjunct to having advanced customer service skills, I am someone who knows how to be productive and efficient despite pressure and is a proven team-player. Furthermore, as a dynamic professional, I am always willing to learn and be adaptable to newer skill sets not only limited to my current specialties, but those that will enhance my professional growth at large.
