Overall responsible for the customer support and modifications. Delivering the product on time as scheduled and Go Live support. Implementation of process improvement within the team and motivation. Maintaining good customer relationship and handle all type of escalations. Provide the KPIs and statistics documentation for the management reviews. Handle full implementation of product in Shipping, freight forwarding and logistics product which covers from Gap Analysis, delivering the product, training of the end users and after Go Live support. Define release strategies and analysis of the requirement. Responsible to coordinate with business Consultants for explaining the Business process of the system.
