Hi All, I hope you are well. A little bit about myself; I am passionate about customer service/success/retention. I maintain a customer first attitude conforming to the organization’s budgetary requirements and the customer’s requirements. I am very committed to the work put in front of me and I go at any length to meet the deadlines set by the organization. I attempt a lot of self-learning and always give 100% to any tasks which is being assigned to me. 1. As far as reliability goes, I normally prepare my workstation and other essential (System’s, Data base, Important passwords) needs in order to serve our customers better. Also, I make sure to login 5 minutes early for any meeting invite that comes across to me. 2. Learning new skills is how we standout from the rest and help our customers even better. In the recent past I got the opportunity to learn few new products and how to operate that specific software (In-House Railroad software) Also got the chance to learn about Salesforce [customer relationship management (CRM)]. This is a great way to solve customer issues and questions the customer has. (Previously used Zendesk). In addition to above I was able to travel to USA to train the US staff with our software products (In-House shipper software) and got additional training on how to handle customer calls. 3. Being working in the customer service sector for the past 19 years and I’m able to overcome any fears that comes with E-mail issues, Office package & other software’s. 5.
