I am an experienced customer support consultant with over 5 years experience in the industry. I am adept with software such as MS Windows, MS Office & Google apps and have extensive experience with CRM's such as Mantis & Salesforce. I have a passion for working with people and pride myself in creating a world class customer experience. I am able to think critically and make decisions quickly that are best for the company and the customer as a whole. With regards to my current role, I have setup the support department for a start up as well as taking on responsibility of on boarding & creating training manuals & user guides.
