Good morning Sir,


I'm a bilingual, I can fluently speak French and English language. I've been as team leader in InCall international (hired from odesk/Upwork) back in 2009 till 2014 I've a good command over customer service and on the job description that you have mentioned.


Really wants to rejoin as freelancer again. You can judge my qualities over the interview. I've worked with Amantel calling card company, it's US based Indian company. My main tasks were phone, email and chat support in french and English language.


I've a great working experience as a VA, and all customer support. From 2009 I worked as customer support representative and got promoted as team lead in 2010. I've worked for 5 years as virtual Assistant and customer support representative. 

I provides various services to entrepreneurs or businesses from a remote location.


There are a host of things that I did as V.A, including:


Social media management

Event management

Managing calendars, appointments and emails

Preparing reports

Personal tasks like booking hotels and restaurants

Simple digital marketing tasks


Apart from that I've done M.S in french linguistics.
