Possessing more than eight (8) years of experience of working as a Graphic/Lay-out Artist and Publication Assistant, I have developed an expertise in the field of technological related skills, particularly in doing lay-outs in graphics, video and photo editing, encoding and research studies. I have been working creatively and highly motivated designer in a well-thriving institution, Fernandez College of Arts and Technology, in which I was graduated.

I also have exhibited unique ability to adapt and learn new ideas, at the same time learning new application when I started working as a Customer Support Representative at Spri.ng Company (currently Teespring). I was able to give an aid and support to the customers’ issues regarding transaction and order. I am also responsible for processing and maintaining orders and virtually communicating to the clients from time to time. I have gained a specialist’s understanding of how CSR works and have also been effective in explaining complex information in a comprehensive manner for a year.

More recently, I worked as a Concierge Service Agent for restaurant reservation at Bistrochat. I was responsible to make appointments, reservations and booking to a specific restaurant via call, online bookings, etc. in Hong Kong to where the customers desire.
