I recently worked for three years at Sitel Philippines as a Customer Support representative both inbound calls and e-mail and Sales Representative. I've been into two campaigns. !st is Groupon, It's an E-commerce marketplace. I answer calls and respond to emails, booked for an available hotel room and travel date, I handle customer inquiries both over the phone and email. I manage and resolve customer complaints, I provide the customer with product and service information and process order. I also identify and escalate priority issues. Then my 2nd campaign is SiriusXM Satellite Radio based in Canada. I was a Sales Representative, helping customers in suggesting applicable and relevant upsells to help customers with everything they need, I follow up customer calls where necessary and document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
