I provided my services sub- contracting for various clients in mastering customer relations. I dedicated my service and time to sales for a well known phone and device company. I ensured that customer were getting the device or CPU that fit their needs. This also consisted of email handling and chat. My Services have been applied to assisting customer from the side of road- inputing needed information a CRM and processed for a service provider to saved the day. For a major well known resort I assisted customers with reservations and itinerary planning (creating and modifying) as well as booking flights.
