I have an overall experience of 18 years in the Call center Industry. I have worked in Inbound / Outbound Voice Projects comprising of both Customer Support and sales. I have also managed Non Voice Projects. I started my career as a call center executive and worked up my career ladder to become Deputy manager operations. I then resigned and moved on to start up my own call center in India. I always believe in providing excellent customer service to all my clients and meet targets as specified by them and completing all documentation pertaining to work and operations within the timelines of and my clients.
