Customer Support Specialist

I have been working as a Customer Support Specialist for more than 2 years now and during that time I’ve developed an impeccable way of interacting and an ability to politely deal with disgruntled customers. I have accustomed myself to working on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, and can offer new ideas to help your company grow and surpass all goals and objectives. Duties included responding to customer support related issues at a timely manner, working with the sales team in reaching out to companies to boost sales, reviewing tasks submissions and allocating rewards as required, supervising other internal admin sheriffs. My experience at Bounty0x has helped me improve my leadership skills, hone my organizational skills, and has provided me with extensive knowledge on how to improve customer service experience. Being the face of the company (the first contact) I have cultivated useful customer service abilities and familiarized myself with company products and services including prices and discount packages. I also worked at COTI Network as a Customer Service Moderator, where I learnt to work productively under pressure and respectful criticism. I have a background in Intensive Care Nursing and Psychology hence helping people and ensuring their happiness is a calling for me. I would say I derive immense satisfaction when I’m able to put a smile on a customer’s face. Productivity is an important part of my job, as a mother multitasking has become the easiest way to be productive. From creating a To-Do/routine list which helps me to stay focus, to ensuring a comfortable workspace which boosts my physique and off course reducing physical and mental discomfort which may be caused by working from home, and off course making sure to avoid distractions. “ I want to help make a dent in the universe.” I also believe I practice the culture of GRIT.
