Customer Support Specialist

I have been a Customer Service Support for more than 11 years now. I have worked for an Australian Telecommunications Company for 6 years as I was one of their Pioneering Team for their Back of House Team in which we mainly handle Emails, Chats and occasional outbound calls. Eventually I became part of their Leadership Team wherein I got to supervise new hires on their on-boarding.

 

I have been working as a freelancer for more than 4 years now and have been with different clients in which I always give satisfying work and favorable performance. I am hardworking, willing to work for long hours, can finish a task with minimal supervision and can learn new things, tasks or tools with short training, just given proper and readily available support.

 

I also have experience as a Virtual Assistant for a Virtual Reality Arcade in Canada. Few of my tasks were booking reservations for guests (small or big groups), assisting in awarding credit to loyal customers and giving rewards to exemplary employees.

 

Additionally, I also have been a Customer Service support for more than 4 e-commerce businesses which ranges from apparel to home/ room displays. My main role was to handle their orders department wherein I have been an all-around agent for email, chat and phones. I have gained experience in handling different kinds of inquiries/ requests, customers as well as complaints.

 

I am experienced in handling different tools such as Shopify, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, Intercom, Gladly, Shipmonk, Magento, Stripe, Klaviyo, Asana, Confluence, Wordpress, Discord and Slack.

 

I am willing to work right away and for long hours with a keen eye for details and aims for the customer's satisfaction as well as the Client's success.
