My job experience includes customer service, technical support, chat support, email management, medical retriever, ESL teaching, virtual assistant, lead generation, and more. I was part of the retention team before that works hard to retain customers from canceling their service, a scanner, and a cloud service provider in the US and Canada. My most recent work experience was Universal Support Agent in which we do not have any dedicated account but instead trained for all accounts present in the company. Our role is very vital because we come into action every time an account or client needs more coverage. We were trained for different roles with different tools. My experience really helped me grow as a person. I am both a team player and a self-starter. I am a fast learner and always put my heart out 100% in everything that I do.
