I'm Zyryl Guevarra but I prefer to be called Zy. I do not have experience yet working as a freelancer. But I have been in different industries, especially the BPO industry. I've also worked as a service crew, motorized messenger, delivery rider, personal driver, and recently as a call center agent. I've been in the BPO industry for almost 4 years now. 

As you can see from my previous jobs, I can adapt to any role in every industry. I have also been promoted as an SME/RTA support in my last company. I usually do payroll, sending hourly and day-end reports. I also manage the production floor when there is no Team Leader or Supervisor around. I find it difficult at first when stepping out of my comfort zone, but after a month I can easily manage the tasks given to me.
