Over 20 years of experience in service-based industries at various different levels wich involved been a team player as well as leading one. Currently having a career break to re-define my future career and spending time with our little one. I am keen to listen to the clients, understand their problems, document the issues, either fix the issues myself or co-ordinate with the respective departments to make sure the issues are fixed.
