February 2013 – June 2015 – began from position of customer support representative to Account manager in “InnovativeSolutions” company (crowdfunding platform). Responsible for all aspects of account management including marketing and sales support and client relationship development. Other roles include promotion and distribution control. Products include all marketing support service include database management, response handling and storage and distribution.Also my tasks include our Philippine support team supervising, preparation documents for clients, posting news, communication with Tech,PR and analytical departments, performing other duties as required. Experience in work of Jira, Kayako, Thunderbird, other programs and database.
