Currently working as Technical Service Rep for a US Telco. I have been working as a customer service rep for 7 yrs then got converted as technical rep as per business needs. Scope of support includes, answering questions about billing concerns/rate plans, account changes, processing payments, troubleshooting for the customer's device. I am looking for a part time job to be able to provide for my family's needs. i can provide at least 10-20 hrs a week.
