> Creation of tickets on issues and working on it with severity and defined SLA. > Working with different Service Provider/Carrier to resolve issue and take necessary steps towards resolution. > Work with field engineers (Trans Tech) and troubleshoot with them remotely by taking control of device. > Managing, Provisioning, and Troubleshooting issues related to ONT and Monitoring issues related to GPON, DSLAM, OLT, MUX & PON. > Opening Bridge for high level severity issue with NOC Managers, Customer and NOC Team to fix the issue. > Preparing various reports for observations to meet the committed SLA.
