I am a highly passionate person who has an experience with the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) for about 5 years now, Handled Customer service support with a telecommunications company, handled basic technical support/basic network design with a famous networking company(business to business/lead generation), also been a senior technical support for a smartphone company. Highly familiar with using social media for selling for advertising/selling (Facebook, Instagram, twitter) I am very positive and enthusiastic person, I believe that being positive and enthusiastic on what you do makes job more easier and I can prove by having awarded as one of the CSAT experts multiple times and being one of the top representatives for months. I am very competitive at the same time a team player, I know how to follow rules and how to accept constructive criticism. I a fast learner and has the willingness to learn other skills so as to expand my knowledge.
